Why do the web part numbers begin with the ET prefix instead
of the part numbers in the print catalog?
ET is the prefix used on the web site. The Sci-Ed Warehouse web
site accepts all part numbers in the search functionality and
the Quick Order Form. Example: ET3637D is the same as FX3637D.
How can I navigate through the Sci-Ed Warehouse web site to find the products I need?
There are three ways to search for products in our online catalog:
- Scroll through the pulldown menus located at the top of every page.
- Use the search functionality located at the top left corner of every page. You can search by keyword, Sci-Ed part number, or manufacturer part number.
- Use our Virtual Catalog which mirrors our 2007 print catalog.
Is the Sci-Ed Warehouse web site secure?
Absolutely! Security remains a primary concern for Sci-Ed Warehouse. To ensure our customer's
online transactions to www.sciedwarehouse.com are secure, all information sent to the Sci-Ed Warehouse web site is encrypted protecting against disclosure to third
parties.
If I'm a tax-exempt customer, will I be charged taxes?
No. Once you register with the correct shipping and billing information and place your order, your account number will be assigned to your online account. If you have a tax-exempt account, then taxes will not be applied to your online orders.
Where can I view my order history?
You can view your order history by logging on and choosing the Check Order Status option.
Where can I choose my preferred shipping method?
You can choose a shipping method in the checkout. If needed, you can add your UPS number in the Shipping Comments field at the bottom of the Shipping Information section. |
