Quick Order Form

Daigger's new Quick Order Form is located in the shopping cart with other order consolidation tools to make ordering online more efficient.

  • To begin, open the shopping cart. You will see an empty cart with a line to enter a catalog number, unit of measure, and quantity.
  • You do not need to know the units of measure or decide on a quantity to enter a number. Simply enter a Daigger catalog number and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  • If there is more than one unit of measure available, or the unit of measure you entered is not valid for this product, you will be prompted to choose from a drop-down list with unit and price.
  • A default quantity of one will be placed in your cart if you do not specify a quantity.

You can still add other items to this cart by using the product ads at any time. Enter as many catalog numbers as you like in the Quick Order Form. Each time you enter a number, you will get a new empty line to enter another number.

If you are having trouble using the Quick Order Form, contact us at (800) 968-5890 or scied@sciedwarehouse.com.

Helpful Hints on Using the Cross Reference

The Cross Reference is a tool to; 1) help you consolidate your purchases and to, 2) offer you preferred pricing on our competitors' part numbers. We do not substitute different products. Daigger purchases from the same manufacturers as our competitors and we have spent years and thousands of man-hours (and woman-hours!) translating our competitors' catalog numbers back to the original manufacturer number.

Now, we offer this powerful tool to you. You can enter Competitor, Manufacturer, or Daigger part numbers in the Cross Reference. The following will assist you with Competitor and Manufacturer part numbers. All Daigger part numbers can be entered as they appear in our catalogs.

    I. Competitors

Entering a catalog number for a Daigger competitor can be tricky. Here are some examples of how to do it. Otherwise, call our Customer Help Number at 800-968-5890.

Fisher Catalog Most Fisher catalog numbers have two digits followed by a dash and then three digits. Sometimes, there is another dash and two more digits.
Solution: Enter the number exactly as it appears in the catalog, with the leading zeros and the dashes in place.

    Examples:
Pyrex Brand Beaker, 600mL is Fisher 02-540M. Enter 02-540M.
Eppendorf Centrifuge 5417C is Fisher 05-406-11. Enter 05-406-11.

VWR Catalog Most VWR catalog numbers have five digits followed by a dash and then three digits. Many of the VWR catalog numbers that begin with a letter will not work, nor will the chemicals.
Solution: Enter the number exactly as it appears in the catalog, with the dash in place.
    Examples:
Tube Racks, SCIENCEWARE, is VWR 60915-400. Enter 60915-400.
Corning Hot Plate/Stirrer, is VWR 33920-234. Enter 33920-234.
Cole-Parmer Catalog Cole-Parmer catalog numbers usually begin with a letter and a dash and then either a four, five or six digit number followed by another dash and two more digits (for instance, P-11230-20). Sometimes there is a leading zero right after the dash.
Solution: Drop the initial letter, the dash, and the leading zero, if there is one, then, enter the rest of the number exactly as it appears in the catalog.
    Examples:
Sartorius Basic Balance, is Cole-Parmer P-11230-20. Enter 11230-20.
Motorized Pipetting Aid, is Cole-Parmer P-07897-30. Enter 7897-30.
Thomas Scientific Thomas catalog numbers usually have five digits, a dash and then a letter followed by two more dashes (for instance, 7732-R33).
Solution: Enter the Thomas number exactly as it appears in the catalog.
    Examples:
Eppendorf Titermate, is Thomas 7732-R33. Enter 7732-R33.
CMS If you have an old CMS catalog, enter the catalog number exactly as it appears in the CMS catalog. Usually, these are three digits followed by a dash and then three more digits (for instance, 364-927).
Baxter/Scientific Products If you have an old Baxter catalog, enter the catalog number exactly as it appears in the Baxter catalog. Usually, these numbers start with a letter, then four digits followed by a dash and one or two more digits (for instance, C6341-1).
Other Competitors We have a vast database of part numbers from other competitors. If you have difficulty using the cross reference, either click on Live Chat or give us a call and we will give you some tips on how to use it.

    II. Manufacturers

Entering a manufacturer number is very easy. Most manufacturers work by simply entering the manufacturer number exactly as it appears in the manufacturer's literature, with the dashes and other punctuation and spaces.

There are others manufacturers that require slight changes in the part numbers for the cross reference to work. We do not have the space to show all the examples. If your part number does not cross, call 800-968-5890 for assistance.

Here are some common manufacturer examples:

    Examples of No Changes Required

    Corning 1000-600 Beaker Enter 1000-600
    Brinkmann 22-36-280-1 Centrifuge Enter 22-36-280-1
    Kimble 14000-800 Beaker Enter 14000-800
Nalge 5970-0013 Unwire Rack Enter 5970-0013

Examples of Part Number Changes Required

    Lab-Line 315 Incubator Enter LL-315

*Tip: Add "LL-" to the beginning of the Lab-Line part number
