Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange, refund, or credit your account within 45 days of your purchase— no restocking fees. You can always purchase from Sci-Ed Warehouse with 100% confidence.

If you would like to return merchandise within 45 days of receipt, call our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Returns requested after 45 days are subject to restocking charges or rejection. All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid. The following are not elibible for returns: Chemicals or reagents, refrigerated materials, expired products, custom items. Sci-Ed Warehouse is not responsible for damage caused by transit after shipment.

Conditions of Returns are as follows:

1. All returns require a pre-approved Return Goods Authorization Number.
2. All goods must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
3. All goods must be in their original packaging, (with no writing or markings on the materials or cartons) and with an outer carton used for return shipping, to protect the merchandise.
4. All goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
5. All goods must be returned freight prepaid, unless previous authorization is given.

All returned goods are inspected before credit is issued. If we reject the goods upon inspection, in whole or in part, you will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your expense or destroyed at your request.

In the case of damage to goods, in transit to Sci-Ed Warehouse, you will be notified upon receipt and a claim will be filed on your behalf. If the claim is denied, no credit will be issued. Goods will be returned to you or destroyed, at your request.

Quotes/Custom Items: If you require pricing for special orders or custom manufactured items not found at this website, please contact our Sales Department for assistance. Sci-Ed Warehouse has access to thousands of brand-name science education products too numerous to post on this website.

Delivery: We stock most of the items displayed at this website to ensure availability and prompt service to you. Most Sci-Ed Warehouse orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.
